GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Last updated: [31/07/2026]
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the SAULCEVE website and shall apply to all orders placed from the date of their publication.
1. Seller information
These General Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of the SAULCEVE website, as well as the purchase of products offered through the online store.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the seller is:
Saul Cerviño Vega
SAULCEVE
12340906A
Camino viejo 132 1C 47155 Santovenia de Pisuerga, Valladolid
contact@saulceve.com
https://www.saulceve.com
The seller operates from Spain and sells decorative and collectible figures manufactured using 3D printing with resin and filament, as well as other related decorative items that may be added to the store’s catalog.
2. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SAULCEVE and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter, the "Customer") that purchases products through the website.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Returns Policy, and any other applicable policy published on the website.
These Terms shall apply to all sales made through the online store, regardless of the country from which the order is placed or the destination of the shipment, without prejudice to any mandatory rights to which the consumer may be entitled under the laws of their place of residence, where applicable.
The products sold by SAULCEVE are primarily intended for decorative and collectible purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, they are not considered toys and are not designed for use by minors.
SAULCEVE reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt them to legislative, technical, commercial, or operational changes affecting the store. The modifications shall not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed before they take effect.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a judicial or administrative decision, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the document, which shall continue to apply in full.
3. Products and characteristics
SAULCEVE sells decorative and collectible figures manufactured using 3D printing with resin and filament, as well as other related items that may be added to the store’s catalog.
All products are made using high-quality materials and undergo a process that may include 3D printing, cleaning, curing, assembly, sanding, painting, and hand-finishing, depending on the model purchased.
Due to the handcrafted nature of part of the manufacturing process, each piece is unique and may show slight variations compared with other units of the same model. These minor differences are part of the production process and will not be considered manufacturing defects.
The images published in the store are for illustrative purposes. Some are photographs of the finished product, while others are digital renders used to show the final design. Consequently, slight differences may exist in colors, shine, textures, finishes, or small aesthetic details, without this constituting a product defect.
The dimensions, weight, and other technical specifications indicated in each product listing are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products sold by SAULCEVE are intended exclusively for decorative and collectible purposes. They are not toys and are not designed for use by children under 14.
SAULCEVE reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any product from the catalog without prior notice when necessary for technical, commercial, availability, or product improvement reasons.
4. Availability and made-to-order manufacturing
Most products sold by SAULCEVE are made to order once the purchase has been confirmed. For this reason, manufacturing and preparation times may vary depending on the order volume, product complexity, or exceptional circumstances.
The manufacturing times indicated in the store are estimates and may be modified when causes beyond SAULCEVE’s control arise, such as delays in the supply of materials, technical issues, periods of high demand, or force majeure.
If there is a significant delay compared with the initially estimated timeframe, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Placing an order does not guarantee the permanent availability of a product. In exceptional circumstances, an item may be discontinued or temporarily taken out of production for technical, quality, or material availability reasons. In these cases, SAULCEVE will offer the customer one of the following options:
* Wait for the product to be restocked.
* Replace the product with another of similar characteristics and value, always with the customer’s prior consent.
* Cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Custom orders or products manufactured according to the customer's specifications will begin production once payment has been confirmed and may not be canceled once manufacturing has begun, except by express agreement between the parties or where applicable law so provides.
SAULCEVE reserves the right to introduce technical, structural, or aesthetic improvements to its products, provided that such modifications do not substantially alter the functionality, overall design, or value of the purchased item.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment Methods
All prices shown on the website are expressed in the currency indicated during the purchase process and include legally applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, import taxes, tariffs, customs duties, or any other additional charge not included in the product price will be displayed, where applicable, before the purchase is completed or will be the customer's responsibility in accordance with the legislation applicable in the destination country.
SAULCEVE reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Promotional prices, discounts, special offers, or temporary campaigns will be valid only during the indicated period or while supplies last, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment must be made when the order is placed using one of the payment methods available in the online store.
SAULCEVE currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card.
- PayPal
- Shop
All payments are processed through secure payment platforms. SAULCEVE does not store or have access to the full details of the bank cards used during the purchase.
If there are reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or any other activity that could compromise transaction security, SAULCEVE may temporarily suspend or cancel the order until the information provided by the customer has been verified.
6. Purchase Process and Order Acceptance
To make a purchase, the customer must follow the purchasing procedure established in the online store and provide the information necessary for the proper processing of the order.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will have the opportunity to review the contents of the cart, the selected products, the shipping address, the delivery method, the total order amount, and the billing details, and may correct any errors before completing the process.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from the customer, but does not imply its automatic acceptance by SAULCEVE.
The sales contract will be deemed formalized only when SAULCEVE expressly confirms acceptance of the order by sending the corresponding confirmation email.
Once the order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email with a summary of the purchase. The customer is responsible for checking that all information provided is correct and reporting any issue as soon as possible.
For made-to-order products, production may begin once payment has been confirmed. For this reason, requests to modify or cancel an order made after the manufacturing process has begun may not be accepted.
SAULCEVE reserves the right to reject or cancel an order when any of the following circumstances apply:
- Obvious errors in the product’s price or description.
- Inability to manufacture or supply the product due to technical reasons or force majeure.
- Well-founded suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.
- Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable shipping or billing information.
- The customer’s prior breach of these General Terms and Conditions.
If an order is canceled for reasons attributable to SAULCEVE before manufacturing or shipping begins, the customer will receive a full refund of the amounts paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless both parties agree on another refund method.
Once the order has been accepted, any communication relating to it will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
7. Shipping and Delivery
SAULCEVE ships nationally and internationally to the countries available during the checkout process.
Orders will be prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed and, in the case of made-to-order products, once the manufacturing process has been completed.
The manufacturing and delivery times indicated in the store are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, material availability, the carrier, or any other circumstance beyond SAULCEVE’s control.
When an order includes products with different manufacturing lead times, they may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise expressly agreed by both parties.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. SAULCEVE will not be liable for delays, additional costs, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, or incorrectly provided addresses.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer will receive, whenever available, a tracking number to check the status of the shipment.
Delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances, such as customs controls, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand, logistical incidents, strikes, international conflicts, or any other case of force majeure.
If a shipment is returned to SAULCEVE due to an incorrect address, the recipient's repeated absence, refusal of the package, or the customer's failure to cooperate with the shipping company or customs authorities, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping, as well as any additional costs that may arise.
The risk of loss of or damage to the product will pass to the customer when the customer, or a third party authorized by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the order, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
8. Customs, Taxes, and International Orders
Orders shipped outside the customs territory of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or any other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during the purchase process, such taxes, duties, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and will be the customer's sole responsibility.
The customer will also be responsible for providing any documentation or information that the customs authorities or the shipping company may require to complete import clearance.
SAULCEVE will not be liable for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, holds by the competent authorities, or any other action taken by public bodies in the destination country.
If an order is rejected by the customer, abandoned, destroyed, or returned as a result of non-payment of import taxes, duties, customs fees, or failure to comply with the import requirements of the destination country, SAULCEVE will not be obliged to refund the shipping costs, return costs, or any other amount incurred as a result of such circumstances.
Each country has its own import regulations. Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for checking whether the product can be legally imported into their country and which requirements, taxes, or restrictions may apply.
When the law of the destination country permits it and SAULCEVE expressly offers a delivery service with duties and taxes paid (DDP), this will be indicated during the purchasing process. Otherwise, shipments will be made under the applicable method according to the selected carrier and the conditions offered at the time of purchase.
9. Right of withdrawal, returns, and cancellations
Customers who qualify as consumers and users may exercise the right of withdrawal under the terms provided by applicable legislation, except in cases where that right is legally excluded.
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify their decision.
However, in accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply, among other cases, to products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or request a return, the customer must contact SAULCEVE via the email address indicated on the website, following the procedure established in the Returns Policy.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage caused during transport, or an error attributable to SAULCEVE, the customer will bear the return costs.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, except for handling necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and operation. The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such verification.
Returns will be inspected once received to verify the condition of the product. SAULCEVE may reject the return or apply a proportional reduction to the amount to be refunded when the item shows damage, signs of use, or handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and operation.
For made-to-order or personalized products, cancellation requests may only be accepted before the manufacturing process begins. Once production has started, the order may not be canceled, unless there is an express agreement between both parties or this is required by applicable legislation.
For the complete procedure, deadlines, exceptions, and refund conditions, the customer must consult the **Returns Policy**, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
10. Legal guarantee
All products sold by SAULCEVE are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for consumers and users under applicable legislation.
The guarantee covers exclusively any lack of conformity existing at the time the product was delivered and will not apply when the damage or defects are the result of:
- Improper use or use other than that intended for the product.
- Impacts, falls, accidents, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from the passage of time or use.
- Repairs, modifications, or alterations carried out by persons other than SAULCEVE.
- Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, ultraviolet radiation, chemicals, or any other condition incompatible with the materials used in manufacturing.
The figures and statuettes sold by SAULCEVE are intended exclusively for decorative and collectible purposes. They are not toys and have not been designed to withstand intensive use, continuous handling, or impacts.
Slight variations inherent to the artisanal manufacturing process, including differences in color, texture, finish, paint, or minor aesthetic details, will not be considered manufacturing defects provided that they do not affect the quality, functionality, or essential characteristics of the product.
Likewise, reasonable differences between the images published in the store, including digital renders, and the product ultimately received will not constitute a lack of conformity when such differences result from the normal manufacturing and finishing process.
If the customer considers that a product has a defect covered by the legal guarantee, they must contact SAULCEVE as soon as possible, providing a detailed description of the issue and, where possible, photographs that allow the problem to be assessed.
Once the lack of conformity has been verified, SAULCEVE will offer the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legislation, which may consist of repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, as appropriate in each case.
11. Intellectual and industrial property
All content published on the SAULCEVE website, including, among other things, texts, photographs, images, digital renders, videos, logos, trade names, graphic designs, 3D models, digital files, illustrations, catalogs, product descriptions, and any other protectable element, is protected under the applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by SAULCEVE or the relevant rights holders, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction, reuse, or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the website content is prohibited, regardless of the medium or format used.
The purchase of a product does not, under any circumstances, entail the assignment, transfer, or licensing of intellectual or industrial property rights over the design, brand, images, or any other protected element.
The figures marketed by SAULCEVE are sold exclusively for personal, decorative, and collectible use. Unless expressly authorized in writing, their reproduction for commercial purposes, the manufacture of molds, the creation of copies intended for sale, or any use that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights held by their respective owners is prohibited.
When a product features characters, universes, brands, or elements belonging to third parties, all intellectual and industrial property rights shall remain with their rightful holders. SAULCEVE does not claim ownership of such rights beyond those that may legally correspond to it with respect to the manufacture, finishing, photographs, commercial presentation, and other elements inherent to its business activities.
Unauthorized use of any website content may result in the pursuit of the appropriate legal actions under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
SAULCEVE will exercise the utmost diligence to ensure that the information published on the website is truthful, up to date, and accurate. Nevertheless, typographical, technical, or unintentional errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are detected.
SAULCEVE shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, among others, force majeure events, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, armed conflicts, strikes, disruptions in the supply of materials, logistical incidents, actions by public authorities, or delays attributable to transport companies.
The visual characteristics of the products may vary slightly from the images displayed in the store due to the manufacturing process, handcrafted finishing, differences between screens or display devices, and the use of digital renders as representations of the product. These variations shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The figures and statuettes marketed by SAULCEVE are intended exclusively for decorative and collectible purposes. The customer shall be responsible for using them appropriately and in accordance with their intended purpose. SAULCEVE shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, modifications made by third parties, or use other than that intended.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, SAULCEVE’s total liability to the customer for any claim relating to an order shall be limited to the amount actually paid for that order.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any rights to which the consumer is entitled under applicable law, nor any liability that may not legally be excluded or limited.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
When the customer is a consumer, these Terms and Conditions shall not limit the rights granted to them by the mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence, provided that such provisions apply under European Union law or other applicable legal provisions.
In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, both parties undertake to attempt to resolve it amicably and in good faith before initiating any legal proceedings.
Where permitted by applicable law, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the seller’s domicile. However, when the customer is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those determined by applicable legislation.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission made an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available. Although this platform stopped accepting new complaints on **March 20, 2025**, and ceased to operate on **July 20, 2025**, this circumstance does not affect consumers’ rights to access dispute resolution mechanisms or the competent bodies provided for under applicable law.
14. Contact and customer service
For any inquiry related to orders, products, returns, issues, warranties, or any other matter related to the services offered by SAULCEVE, the customer may get in touch through the following channels:
Saul Cerviño Vega
SAULCEVE
contact@saulceve.com
Camino viejo 132 1C 47155 Santovenia de Pisuerga, Valladolid
SAULCEVE will endeavor to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of requests, public holidays, vacation periods, or other exceptional circumstances.
Communications related to an order must be made using the same email address used during the purchase or by providing sufficient information to correctly identify the order.
These General Terms and Conditions will remain in force while they are published on the website, without prejudice to any modifications SAULCEVE may make to adapt them to regulatory, technical, or commercial changes. New versions will apply only to orders placed after their publication date.
15. Product modifications
SAULCEVE works continuously to improve the quality, strength, finish, and presentation of its products. Therefore, it reserves the right to introduce technical, structural, aesthetic, or manufacturing modifications when such improvements benefit the product.
These modifications may affect, among other aspects, the materials used, the assembly system, the internal structure, the printing process, the finish, the paint, the packaging, or any other element intended to improve the product's quality, durability, or safety.
Provided that such modifications do not substantially alter the overall design, functionality, value, or essential characteristics of the purchased product, they will not be considered a breach of contract and will not entitle the customer to cancellations, returns, or financial compensation.
Likewise, SAULCEVE may update photographs, digital renders, descriptions, technical specifications, or any other content published in the store to reflect such improvements, without affecting orders already placed.
If a modification involves a substantial change to the essential characteristics of the product before it is shipped, SAULCEVE will inform the customer and, where appropriate, offer the possibility of keeping the order, replacing the product with an equivalent one, or canceling the purchase with the corresponding refund.
