Shipping Policy
Last updated: [31/07/2026]
At SAULCEVE, we strive to ensure that every order reaches its destination in the best possible condition. Because most of our products are made to order and receive a handcrafted finish, preparation times may vary depending on the workload and the complexity of each piece.
1. Shipping scope
We ship nationally and internationally to the countries available during the checkout process.
If your country is not listed among the available destinations, you can contact us at contact@saulceve.com to explore the possibility of arranging a customized shipment.
2. Manufacturing and order preparation
Most products sold by SAULCEVE are manufactured once the order has been confirmed.
Each figure may go through different production stages, including:
-
Resin 3D printing.
-
Cleaning and curing.
-
Support removal.
-
Sanding and preparation.
-
Assembly.
-
Hand painting (where applicable).
-
Quality control.
-
Packaging.
The manufacturing times indicated on each product page are estimates and may vary depending on:
-
Order volume.
-
Product complexity.
-
Material availability.
-
Technical issues.
-
Holiday periods.
-
Force majeure circumstances.
In the event of a significant delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
3. Shipping times
Once manufacturing is complete and the order is ready, it will be handed over to the selected transport company.
Transit times are estimates and will depend on the destination country and the logistics company.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond SAULCEVE’s control, such as customs checks, logistical issues, weather conditions, strikes, or exceptional situations, shall not be considered a breach on our part.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process based on:
-
Destination country.
-
Package weight and dimensions.
-
Selected shipping method.
The total amount will be shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Whenever the shipping service allows it, the customer will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Tracking can be checked directly on the shipping company's website.
6. Receipt of the Order
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
Unpacking the Product
Our figures are collectible products made of resin and may include delicate elements. We recommend opening the package carefully, avoiding the use of cutting tools near the contents and gradually removing the protective materials to prevent accidental damage during unpacking.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient, refusal of the shipment, or failure to cooperate with the shipping company, the customer will be responsible for the costs arising from the new shipment.
We recommend checking the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and, whenever possible, recording a video of the opening process. This evidence will facilitate the handling of any issue with the shipping company.
If you notice damage to the contents or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
7. International Orders and Customs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or any other charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process, these amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and will be the customer's responsibility.
The customer will be responsible for providing any documentation or information that the customs authorities or the shipping company may request to complete import clearance.
SAULCEVE will not be responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, holds, administrative procedures, or any other action carried out by the authorities of the destination country.
If an order is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to non-payment of import taxes or duties, or failure to comply with the destination country's import requirements, the costs of transport, return shipping, and any other resulting costs will be the customer's responsibility.
When SAULCEVE expressly offers shipping with duties and taxes paid (DDP), this will be clearly indicated during the purchasing process.
8. Packaging
All figures are carefully packaged using suitable protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
We inspect each order before shipping to verify that the product leaves in perfect condition.
9. Liability during transport
The risk of loss of or damage to the product will pass to the customer when they, or a third party authorized by them, takes physical possession of the order, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
In the event of an incident during transport, SAULCEVE will work with the customer and the logistics company to handle the claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
10. Amendments to the Shipping Policy
SAULCEVE may modify this Shipping Policy to adapt it to legislative changes, improvements in logistics processes, or modifications to the services offered.
The changes will not affect orders that were already confirmed before the new version came into effect.
